We require a $500 deposit upon booking. 6 months before the wedding, a 50% deposit will be due. The remaining balance, along with damage deposit and garbage removal fee (if desired) is to be paid 30 days before the wedding date.
Up to 100 guests: $5,000
Up to 150 guests: $6,000
Up to 200 guests: $7,000
For each additional 50 guests, it is an additional $1,000.
We can accommodate up to 300 guests.
Damage & Clean Up Deposit: An additional $250 deposit will be due with the remaining 50% balance. This is refundable upon your departure if cleanup is complete and there is no damage.
