The EMU Room is the left/north room of our Lakeview Ballroom. The room is approximately 28' wide x 31' deep and features beautiful views of Five Island Lake. Guests can access our outdoor veranda directly from this room.

The rental includes access to the venue from 9:00 AM - 11:30 PM, setup/teardown of all tables and chairs, portable bar in the ballroom staffed with bartender(s), use of the catering kitchen, exclusive access to our outdoor veranda, and venue cleaning.
There is also a required $300 banquet service fee (payable the day of the event) which covers our event staff. Our banquet staff can light candles, dismiss tables, refill beverage station dispensers and/or water pitchers on tables, set out/refill snacks and desserts, keep tables cleared of trash/dishes, empty trash cans, maintain clean and stocked bathrooms, assist with ballroom setup changes (i.e. clearing ceremony chairs, removing tables from dance floor), and in general keep the venue tidy.
