Gather with family and friends in this peaceful location where you will experience country charm and come away recharged with memories to last a lifetime. We are available for your special events such as birthday parties, holiday parties, family reunions and much more! We are a dry venue with the exception of a champagne toast (only).

Perfect venue for a small event - An Eventective User

I hosted my Son’s 30th birthday here. This beautiful old rustic barn was the perfect place! The property is gorgeous and my family and friends really enjoyed it. Miss Ann is such a lovely person. My kids want to go back just to visit with her!

God's presence was with us and all around us. This is the Ideal place to hold anything you desire to do in the name of the Lord. River, water shooting up like a spring, bridge over the water, beautiful roses, and flowers. chickens, and cows; it's a reminder of the garden of Eden. I would recommend this hidden away paradise for all seeking to be in the presence of God. The Owner Ann has one of the most beautiful spirits. She will work with you to fulfill your dreams and accommodations are excellent for any type of occasion & events. I love this place and our women's group, Perfect Pearl Agency, is looking forward to having an event there in the near future.
