The purchase minimum can be met through items for sale in our bookstore and cafe
Nonprofits with proof of nonprofit status: $200 flat rate or $450 minimum purchase.

Payment for use of any of our facilities is your commitment to accept and abide by these rules. Your reservation is only confirmed once payment of half the total is received. This payment is a deposit and is nonrefundable. Full payment is due by 2 weeks ahead of the event. The balance is due 2 weeks before the event. In the event of cancelation, we will refund the second payment, no questions asked.
We are an all-inclusive space that prioritizes marginalized voices and uplifts our community as a whole. Therefore, we strongly oppose any discrimination against staff or guests based on appearance, gender, disability, age, race, body size, country of origin, etc. A Seat at the Table Books has the authority to terminate any event at any time and withhold deposit if any of these policies are violated.
For any outside food or drink brought into the event, all allergies are the responsibility of the party host and guests. We are not liable for issues arising from allergens in foods we did not prepare.
Our stunning Live Edge Table comfortably seats 12 adults and is a welcoming place in our community area to meet your group.
Up to two hours: $70 flat fee or $85 minimum purchase (all items in the store qualify)
Up to four hours: $125 flat fee or $150 minimum purchase
Full day: $300 flat fee
