All rental packages include use of the main ballroom, deck area, and courtyard from 10 a.m. to midnight. We also offer interior & exterior setup and teardown, one rehearsal the week prior to your event, and tables and chairs for 200 guests. Daily Rates for our building and courtyard: Friday: $3,300 Saturday: $3,600 Sunday - Thursday: $3,000 A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your date. Upon commencement of your event, the deposit will serve as a security and damage deposit. Your deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your event. 50% of your rental fee will be due 9 months prior to your event. The remaining balance will be due 3 months prior to your event.
