Located in historic downtown Effingham in a renovated old bank. We are a coworking space during the day and rent modern luxurious loft apartments on Airbnb and VRBO upstairs. On weekends we double as an intimate event space. Our modern industrial look makes for a great background for your baby or bridal shower.
