Customer service was excellent. Every request was met with diligence and accuracy. The food was delicious and just as described beforehand. Overall great experience and would book another event here without hesitation.
We are a National Sport Organization and have utilized this property for three function in the last 2 years and we are happy with the level of service that is provided both from the hotel and catering department staff. They understand our specific needs and our always willing to accommodate our last minute request to ensure that our function goes as smooth as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for similar functions.
We had our engagement party at this venue and the staff were so accommodating! They all went out of their way to ensure that the evening went as planned. They are so easy to work with and really care about providing the best possible service! I have also attended many other functions at this location and the spaces are suitable for any occasion. I book all of our labour arbitration meetings at this Edmonton hotel due to location and, most importantly, the "gold key" service received from the Catering Director as well as the hotel staff. The hotel is located in close proximity to the Edmonton airport and provides easy access off the highway with lots of free parking. Final invoices are received immediately after the meetings have concluded (without asking). The staff's knowledge on room style and set up provides for easy booking arrangements - one quick email request to the Catering Director with dates and guest rooms, if required, and everything is in place within minutes. For all of your booking arrangements with this hotel, just ask for "Emmanuel" and he will ensure your needs are met.
I wish the venue was bigger to hold larger government events. I know that other Holiday Inn centres are used but this conference centre has the best location.
The Holiday Inn Sales Team continues to provide excellent service and attention to detail when it comes to meetings held in this venue. Their professionalism and prompt service is why we keep coming back. I have always been pleased with their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we are happy with the food, the meeting room set-up, and service received. The accommodations are always top notch and handled promptly.
We have had our Christmas Parties here the last 4 years as well as Anniversaries and other events! Emmanuel and the staff are fantastic, always friendly and accommodating with any of our needs. We have had small events to the last one being our largest at 120 people and it was great! The food has always been delicious and our staff enjoyed our Christmas Party so much this past November that they wanted me to book the next day our Christmas Party for next year. I would highly recommend this Venue for any event you may need!
