About Westgate Sportsman's Club

We have a wonderful facility that is available for your wedding, anniversary, birthday, or any other gathering you need a hall for. Two separate halls that connect are available; The small hall seats up to 200 people, including a stage for your band or DJ, and the large hall has a capacity of 250. In addition to banquet facilities, we also provide for your catering needs. Our executive chef is ready to help you plan the perfect meal for your next gathering! Not only will we help you plan your perfect day at Westgate, we will also assist with your lodging, transportation, entertainment and photographer needs. We work closely with local businesses to ensure you are receiving the best experience possible. All of this PLUS an amazing view of the Chippewa Valley and downtown Eau Claire. We have a professional, courteous staff waiting to take care of all your party or meeting needs! Westgate offers special rates for business and educational functions Sunday - Thursday. and off season discounts for weddings booked November thru April.

Graduation Party at Westgate Sportsman’s Club - An Eventective User from Eau Claire WI

We have had two graduation parties at the Westgate Sportsman’s Club. We hosted both in June at the pavilion. The location and building were perfect for our graduation parties that we hosted with another family. Sarah was in charge of the food and it was amazing and reasonably priced. The pulled pork was a hit both times! She offers a variety of salads and other food options. Sarah was easy to work with and did an amazing job helping us organize. She was available to answer questions and offered suggestions when needed.

We held a surprise party at Westgate and it was the perfect venue. Sarah was super easy to work with and accommodating to all of our requests. The food was excellent and the bartenders did a wonderful job. Highly recommend Westgate for your next get together!
