Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking a package. Price depends on selected package chosen. The event date and time is guaranteed once payment is received by Eau So Fun Parties LLC. Upon paying you agree to the terms & conditions of Eau So Fun Parties LLC agreement which includes full cost of the event charged and a 14 business day notice of cancellation or reschedule. All payments are non-refundable. We understand guest of honors can get sick, therefore you can postpone your package one time. We will gladly work with you to find an alternate date within 30 days of your original event date! If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your payment is forfeited. Payments cannot be applied to other packages or merchandise. If any damages occur during the event, the balance must be paid in full by the end of the event. For final balance payment, we accept cash and/or credit card at the end of the event. All decor is owned by Eau So Fun Parties LLC and will not be distributed to the guest of honor or event guests. This includes, but is not limited to, accessories, table decorations, balloons, and costumes. The package price is for the stated amount of guests, including the guest of honor. If less than the stated amount of guests attend the event, the package price remains the same. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and cash. No checks, please.
