Terms and Conditions

Selections within this package are negotiable. A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. You must pay one-half of the estimated cost one (1) month before the date of your function and the remaining balance must be paid one (1) week before the reserved date. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit given to the Patrician is refundable only if the room is rebooked for the minimum guaranteed number of adults or more. A cancellation of the function must be made in person at the Patrician. All arrangements for your function shall be finalized approximately one (1) month before the reserved date. The final minimum number of guests is required no later then one (1) week prior to the date of the event. No allowance will be made for any decrease in the final count. The Patrician assumes no responsibility for personal property of any type for anyone at any time. I/we agree to be responsible to the Patrician for any damage to the property caused by one of our guests. All drinks will be served over ice. By Ohio law, the Patrician is a no smoking facility. The Patrician shall not be liable for failure to cater any function by reason of fire, flood, failure of utilities or equipment, strikes, wars, acts of god or any other event beyond our control. If such an event occurs, all monies collected will be refunded.
