When hosting an event at Ayven Loft, clients have use of the full space (including the reception area and dressing room).
Our space can accommodate up to 55 guests.
Clients are welcome and encouraged to bring in their own decor, sound system, tables & chairs. Clients may request any items to be removed from the space for their event. However, it cannot always be guaranteed.
Food and beverages are not permitted inside the studio rooms, but are permitted in the reception area.
Ayven Loft does not provide any decor or materials other than what is already available in the studio at the time of the event. Please note that decor changes happen often, so we cannot guarantee availability of certain pieces.

OVERTIME
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all personal belongings brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times the stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same clean condition as they found it. We kindly request that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in, and they should consider the setup and tear down time within their booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. Do not use nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating items on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials used must be properly removed. Damages to the walls, floors, furniture, etc., will be billed to the credit card on file.
FURNITURE
If you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs, please notify us in advance.
MISCELLANEOUS
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the space. The use of glitter or confetti is not allowed. Open flames, frying, or any cooking that produces a significant amount of smoke are not permitted on-site, as our facility is not ventilated.
