We held a 50th anniversary party for my parents. The staff was helpful and responsive from estimates and planning quotes to service the day of and during. Food was great, bartender and server were very attenuative, friendly and accommodating. Location and space were beautiful. They made it a true success and stress free for us
We scheduled a small meeting with a Continental Breakfast at this facility on Saturday, August 8, 2020. Everything went well. Our planner, Sandy Olsommer, was very helpful and went out of her way to address our requirements despite the short notice we gave her when arranging this event. Izzy, the person assigned to assist us on Saturday was very courteous and efficient and met our every request. It is a beautiful facility and even the Covid-19 situation did not dampen the enthusiasm of staff or the service provided to us. We were VERY pleased. Despite the fact that we were a small meeting, we were well taken care of. I'm glad that we were able to hold the event here and thank "Eventective" for providing the service which led us to the Pocono Palace Resort.
