- A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $250 deposit is due to book your event. - If the event is cancelled up to one-month before the scheduled date the $250 deposit will not be refunded, however, no other payments or fees will be due, and the agreement will no longer be valid. - Postponements can be made without penalty up to month before of the date of the event. - Cancellations or postponements made within one month of the date of the event, it will result in half of the balance of the event to be charged to the credit card on file. - Cancellations or postponements made within one week of the date of the event, it will result in the full charge of the balance of the event to be charged to the credit card on file. - Banquet package, bar package, menu selection & final headcount are due 10 days before the event* - The balance must be paid in full 10 days prior to the event | consumption bar may be settled at the end of the event. - Electronic payments are subject to 3% processing fee. This fee is not applied to cash payments. Cash payments are subject to 7% discount (not applicable to sales tax and gratuity). This discount won't be applied to "overdue" final payments.
