Terms and Conditions

A master account will be established to pay for all charges for the event. A credit card authorization form must be completed and returned to the hotel with the signed contract to guarantee the group block/events. This card will be authorized at the return of the agreement for half the estimated charges and will be charged the balance 7 days prior to departure for payment of the group block/events. The cancellation option for both parties for this agreement is: 90 days or more, prior to arrival: 50% of the contract 30 days prior to arrival: 80% of the contract 7 days or less, prior to arrival: 100% of the contract
