All facility rentals include use of the Conference Meeting Room, Board Room, Atrium/Pre-Function Space, Wellness Room and Prep-kitchen. Each rental include use of a podium, tables, chairs, and A/V equipment and technology. Existing furniture options include up to eighteen training tables with power and 64 chairs. These tables can be set in a variety of configurations in accordance with the renter’s specific needs. Renters requiring banquet, cocktail, or other furniture configurations, are permitted to rent from a third party. Rentals do not include food or beverage service.

50% due at the time of contract with the balance due by the day of the event.
Additional fees and deposits may be required for events where alcohol is being served or for events which occur in the evening or on weekends.
