About Durham Bottling Co

DBCo. is an inclusive coworking community and event venue located in downtown Durham, North Carolina. We are devoted to creating a membership base and atmosphere that is welcoming, impact-oriented, and growing. DBCo is committed to being a useful, inspirational and safe home base for nonprofits, freelancers, creatives, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and teams who are growing into the influential roles they will surely play in our city and beyond. Our venue consists of an open cafe space, large back patio, cozy rooftop, and a taproom (opening summer 2024). Rentals include A/V, chairs, tables, linens, free parking and more! By creating an easygoing place where collaboration and content are the thing, and by creating affordable and flexible options for coworking, our members can focus on their goals and their relationships while we focus on helping those goals get met. DBC is the only community in Durham that is located in both a HUB Zone as well as a qualified Opportunity Zone. Durham Bottling Company is a 16,000 square foot historic industrial warehouse complex located East Downtown Durham. Originally a manufacturing and shipping facility for a bottling enterprise, it later became the home of Budd Piper Roofing. In 2018 it was transformed into a modern industrial workspace that has dynamic seating options, private corners, meeting space, conference rooms, dedicated event space, and a wide selection of private office suites. Large windows and skylights help light the space through the day, warm lamps and varied lighting illuminate in the evening for the night owls.
