Studio 87 is minimalistic and modular, used as a creative space, art gallery, and intimate private rental space. We have free on-site parking, so you can exit your vehicle and walk right in. This space is perfect for calm and reserved events, dinners, bridal showers, baby showers, and small and intimate celebrations. We can also comfortably serve meetings, workshops, pop-up shops, classes, and other social-style events. Unfortunately, we do not host wild events with an uncontrolled amount of guests, uncontrolled alcohol consumption, or rowdy or lit-style events, kindly contact another event space. The owner of Studio 87 is also a long-time event and wedding photographer.

For Friday through Sunday, there is a 5-hour minimum rental time that must include setup and breakdown. Rental Hours The space is available seven days a week; walkthroughs are by appointment only. Rentals can be held between the hours of 9 am - 9 pm, subject to availability. On certain occasions, we're okay with 10pm. 9pm or 10 pm reflects when all guests should have vacated the building, not when an event ends. Our guests may use the space for artistic purposes, church services, reserved and calm events, dinners and many more! Rental Policies Latest Policy Updates There will be no hanging, lounging, or congregating outside the space. Upon vacating the space, the renter should review the parking lot to ensure their guests did not leave any trash behind. The entire lot is cleaned before every event and should remain that way. No candles or open flames (cake candles are ok, sterno’s or methanol gel for warming food are ok) No sitting or standing on the bar No loitering outside No noise, hanging out, music playing from cars, or trash in the parking lot No ice sculptures No glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is allowed on site No smoke bombs or powder cannons No hookah or smoking of any kind No heating appliances No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items on walls or floors. No drugs No strippers, stripper poles, or exotic dancers No bounce houses No tattooing or tattoo parties No undesirables No selling of liquor or alcohol without a licensed and insured bartender or mixologist No events past 9pm No damages to the space Must vacate premises at the rental end time No bad energy *Not following the policies listed above will cause you to forfeit your incidental fee. We are flexible and may be able to work through some items but for the most part, the list above will be enforced while renting the space. Truly appreciate your understanding!
