- Cleaning Fee: For certain types of events (parties, celebrations, public events, etc.), a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied (unless otherwise discussed). For meetings or small, intimate gatherings, a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee may not be applied. This is at the discretion of 'The Venue.' If you are not charged a cleaning fee, 'The Venue' just asks the guest to return the space back to its original condition.
Payment: For all booked events, your initial retainer consisting of 50% of your total rental (including add-ons) is non-refundable in the event of complete cancellation. Because dates are typically booked out months in advance, canceling often leaves us with a loss in booking that we are sometimes unable to fill. This retainer helps alleviate some of that income loss for ‘The Venue’ (though not all) due to client cancellation.

Rules:
1. No smoking is allowed in the building (no hookahs).
2. Wall Decorations: Please refrain from nailing or taping items on the wall as this will cause wall damage or the paint to peel off. We encourage you to enhance the ambiance of the space using non-damaging alternatives (removable adhesive hooks, easel stands, freestanding partitions, tabletop displays, etc.).
2. Food and drinks are allowed, but renters are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and disposing of any waste properly.
3. The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the property or any equipment during their rental period.
4. The renter is required to leave the space in the same condition as it was before the rental period began.
5. No illegal activities are allowed on the premises.
6. Renters are required to arrive and leave on time to ensure that the next renters are not delayed.
