While every event is unique, we have created a couple basic packages in order to make things as simple and stressless as possible. No having to call in for a quote, no hidden fees, and no additional charges. All of our packages are based on 2 hours playing time.

Terms and Conditions
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID TO ALL-STAR EVENTS IN ORDER FOR YOUR EVENT TO BE RESERVED ON THE EVENT CALENDAR. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED IN FULL AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE EVENT. THERE WILL BE A $50 PENALTY ENFORCED IN THE EVENT THAT PAYMENTS ARE NOT RECEIVED BEFORE THE PREDETERMINED DATE. IF THE TOTAL BALANCE DUE IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE ARRANGED DATE, ALL-STAR EVENTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER THE EVENT CANCELLED AND IS RELEASED FROM THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
ENTERTAINMENT CONDITIONS
1. LOCATION MUST BE AVAILABLE AT LEAST 1 HOUR PRIOR TO START TIME FOR SET-UP.
2. IF LOCATION IS OUTDOORS SHADE / SHELTER MUST BE PROVIDED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE COVER FOR THE AUDIO EQUIPMENT. A STURDY SURFACE TO PLACE EQUIPMENT ON MUST ALSO BE PROVIDED.
3. PERFORMANCE HOURS CAN NOT BE EXTENDED WITHOUT A CHANGE IN RATE AFTER THIS AGREEMENT IS SIGNED.
4. DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE, BUT DEPENDING ON OUR AVAILABILITY IS TRANSFERABLE IF WE ARE NOTIFIED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO POSTPONEMENT.
5. ALL-STAR EVENTS NOR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL I.E. ACTS OF GOD, LAW ENFORCEMENT, THEFT, FIRES OR ACCIDENTS.
6. THE CLIENT IS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO ALL-STAR EVENTS EMPLOYEES OR EQUIPMENT CAUSED BY THEMSELVES OR BY THEIR GUESTS.
7. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE SERVICES IF A SITUATION BECOMES
DANGEROUS OR WE ARE THREATENED BY CLIENT OR GUESTS OF CLIENT.
