Offer is subject to availability and valid at participating hotels for new bookings only. Guest room rates are valid for single/double occupancy and are exclusive of all taxes, incidental charges, gratuities, and resort fees where applicable. Each hotel has a policy to address deposits, cancellations and blackout dates that may apply. Please inquire with chosen participating hotel for complete details and terms and conditions for the individual offers prior to booking. This offer may not be combined with other promotions, offers and discounts and is not valid for existing bookings. A contract must be signed with the hotel to govern the terms of the event. The details of the event, including identification of the Meeting Planner, must be described in the contract. For a qualifying meeting of up to 25 attendees, the Meeting Planner may choose to receive 1, 000 Hilton Honors Bonus Points for each paid attendee. Number of bonus points awarded is based upon number of paid attendees as agreed upon in contract in advance of the meeting. Only the Meeting Planner specified in the contract is eligible to receive bonus points under this offer. Amount of final bonus point award remains within the sole discretion of the participating hotel. Must book the "Meeting Package" through participating hotel's director of sales to receive Hilton Honors Bonus Points under this offer. Bonus Points do not count toward elite tier qualification. Please allow 6-8 weeks from completion of the meeting for Bonus Points to appear in your account. All other Event Bonus Program terms and conditions apply.
