I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in Dover, DE for a party venue. They have 2 different banquet rooms (halls) where various things can take place in there. There has been weddings, baby showers, family reunions, sweet 16 after parties, etc. It's very roomy and they can also cater to the party there! It's very clean and the building is fairly new so everything is in excellent condition. The customer service is good there as well! I have attended baby showers there, and also wedding receptions. It's an extremely great place to go. And the food choice is amazing. There is also a full bar there for the adults 21 and older!
