WEEKEND Friday (any 6hr time frame) -$650 Saturday (11am-5pm) $750 Saturday (6pm-12am) $850 Sunday (any 6hr time frame)- $650 Entire day rental on Saturdays (11am-12am) -$1,500 The rental rate includes the following: Tables (Round and rectangle banquet tables, and high top tables) Clear Chiavari Chairs Bluetooth compatible Speakers Wireless Microphone WIFI Stage area Projector Up-lights Kitchenette/Bar Bridal/Guest of honor suite with private entry and restroom Add On's Additional Hours - $100/hr Full Theme Decor - $800 (Ask for details) Poly Table Linen-$10 per table Specialty Linen - $18 per table Organic Balloon Garland (up to 3 colors) - $300 Light Decor package for up to 50 guest -$350 ( Poly Table linen and napkins Gold Or Silver Beaded plate chargers, Glass Drinking Goblets) DJ (4 hours) - $375 Photobooth - $150/Hr Single Throne Chair- $175 Love Seat Throne Chair - $200 Bartender - $200 Security - $30 /hr You can request for any additional add on's that are not listed Venue Guest Count Accommodations and Suggestions: (100 max) For weddings we suggest 50-65 guest but no more than 75. This guest count will allow space for an aisle walk way and dancing. The less amount of guest, the more dance space you have. For all other events that require seating, we can accommodate up to 75 guest. For cocktail events (most guest standing, minimal tables and no chairs) we can accommodate up to 100 guest. Deposit To book your event we will require minimum of 50% of fees. You may pay the full balance upfront or we can schedule the payments so that the balance is paid in full at least 15 days prior to your event. All events within a 15 day period will be required to pay for the entire rental in full at the time of booking plus the $200 security deposit. You will receive the $200 security deposit back within 3-7 business days if all terms of the contract are followed. Outside Catering There will be no charge to use outside catering. Alcohol IF YOU PLAN TO SERVE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES , YOU MUST PURCHASE AMBIENCE SECURITY FOR THE ENTIRETY OF YOUR EVENT. NO EXCEPTIONS. SECURITY IS $30/HR. ALSO YOU OR YOUR BARTENDER MUST ALSO SHOW PROOF OF LIQOUR LIABILITY INSURANCE AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. Contract and Payments Once you are ready to book, we can send you the contract electronically to be signed. Once you sign the contract you will be prompt to make a payment.. Also you can show up during our open house tour days to book in person. Open House Tours We hold open house tours every Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30pm-7:00pm unless stated otherwise on our website or social media platforms. Tours outside of the above stated time frame will require an appointment. DISCLAIMER Pricing may be changed at any time without further notice. We do everything to ensure that the prices are correct and consistent across our website, emails and social media platforms. Sometimes we need to change the cost of a product either up or down due to the industry market value. However, if you have been sent a proposal and have not signed or paid your deposit, we will honor the proposed pricing for 48 hours. Amenities are not included in pricing. We try our best to ensure all mentioned amenities are available to you for your event, though, if amenities are not available or not working (ie; wifi, microphone, projector), the pricing will not be discounted nor will you be granted a refund.
