Terms and Conditions for Pizza Party at Nemesis Video Game Lounge Booking Requirements: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Party Duration: Each party package includes 2 hours. Extensions may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. Capacity Limits: The Pizza Party Package accommodates up to 12 guests, including adults and children. Food and Beverages: The package includes a pizza trio (pizza, chips, and a mocktail) per guest. Additional food and beverages can be purchased separately. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of a celebratory cake, which must be pre-approved. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to follow all lounge rules and respect the equipment. Any damages caused by negligence will be charged to the party host. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Arrival and Setup: Party hosts may arrive 15 minutes early to set up. Parties must vacate the premises promptly at the end of the reserved time to accommodate other bookings. VR Usage (if applicable): VR is not included in the Pizza Party Package but can be added for an additional cost. VR usage is subject to availability and safety guidelines. Health and Safety: All guests must adhere to the lounge’s health and safety protocols. Any guest showing signs of illness will be asked to leave for the safety of others. Special Requests: Any special requests, such as dietary restrictions or additional time, must be communicated at the time of booking. VR Experience: VR usage is exclusive to the party during the reserved time. Only one VR party will be booked at a time to avoid overlaps. All participants must follow the VR safety guidelines provided by the host. Food and Beverages: The package includes a pizza trio (pizza, chips, and a mocktail) per guest.
