Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appetizer service for your event. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or check.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the final payment (excluding the deposit). Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the full payment.
3. Minimum Order Requirements:
A minimum order of $1,000 is required for appetizer services. Additional charges may apply for smaller events or custom requests.
4. Service Time and Additional Charges:
The standard service time included in the package is up to 2 hours. Additional service time is available at a rate of $50 per hour per server.
If the event exceeds the agreed service time, additional charges will apply and must be paid at the conclusion of the event.
5. Liability and Insurance:
Savory Celebrations carries comprehensive liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur at the event venue unless directly caused by our staff's actions.
6. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. Clients must inform us of any specific needs at the time of booking. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that our dishes will be completely free of allergens due to potential cross-contamination.
7. Leftovers and Food Safety:
To comply with health regulations, leftover appetizers will not be packaged for guests to take home. Any remaining food will be disposed of by our staff to ensure food safety standards are met.
8. Staffing and Conduct:
Our staff will conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. If any issues arise with our staff, please inform the event supervisor immediately.
Savory Celebrations reserves the right to remove any staff from the event if their behavior is deemed inappropriate.
9. Force Majeure:
Savory Celebrations is not responsible for events that are canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
10. Contract Agreement:
By booking with Savory Celebrations, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in our service contract, which will be provided at the time of booking. The contract must be signed and returned to finalize the booking.
