Rental of Farwell Hall and the surrounding grounds, is $1,900 per day (regardless of the day of the week). You may have access to the building(s) from 9am until midnight on the day of your rental. You may also choose to rent Farwell Hall on an hourly basis for $150/hour. Please contact us for nonprofit rates if you are a 501(c)(3).
We will provide 17 eight-foot tables, 4 six-foot tables, 120 folding chairs, table service for 120 (dinner plate, salad plate, dessert plate), tableware, water glasses, and approximately 80 coffee mugs at no additional charge.
The charming Plum Grove Chapel, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, sits just across the street and is also available for rent. The Chapel is available to rent for $375/day with the rental of Farwell Hall or $500/day if renting alone. The maximum capacity is 70 guests.

Terms and Conditions
A separate $500 security deposit is required along with one half of the rental fee for Farwell Hall. This will secure a date for your event. The remaining balance will be due 2 months prior to your event. Additional set-up/clean-up time may be available at $150/hour the day before or the day after your event, and there is a $375 fee for use of the Folklore Village kitchen for you or a caterer to use equipment to prepare food for your event. Because you will be responsible for hiring your own caterer, please inform them that they will be responsible for providing coffee urns, linens, serving trays, etc. Please contact us for complete terms & conditions
