An additional flat fee of $200 for cleaning
In order to reserve your date and space, a 50% deposit of half of the Total Estimated Cost
and signed contract are required for all events. If the total event charges increase after the
contract is signed, an additional deposit may be due. Any outstanding balances of the bill will be
paid by the client immediately after the event concludes via cash or credit card only. All
contracted event expenses will be on one bill with no more than three (2) forms of payment.

No smoking in the building/ Smoking section outside with firepit!
Outside catering is allowed but must be approved by the owner
Out of respect for the neighboring residents, there is a strict noise curfew at 10PM.
