4 Hour Minimum 100 People Max No Outside Beverages (Alcohol & Non-Alcoholic) No Pets OVERTIME/GUEST COUNT: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Should the number of people in the home exceed your number listed on your reservation, you will be billed according to our listing price. We reserve the right to terminate your booking on-site without refund if your guest count is excessively past the agreed upon number. FURNITURE: Any and all furniture moving/ rearranging needs to be verified with owner prior. We require furniture be picked up, not dragged on the floors. Anything on a stand (your lighting, cameras, etc) need protectors of some kind on their legs (tennis balls, socks, etc) to avoid floor damage. You will be responsible for any damages done to our furniture, floors, and event space during your stay, so please be careful and instruct your crew/guest to the same. All furniture and items need to be placed back before you leave as you found them.
