Terms and Conditions
1. Decorations: Decorations may not be glued, stapled, nailed, or taped to any surfaces. Tiki torches, fireworks, and sparklers are strictly prohibited per state law.
2. Glass Restrictions: Glass bottles and containers are not permitted at the beach.
3. Cooking Devices: Cooking and warming devices are only allowed if provided by approved caterers.
4. Kitchen Usage: Open flames are not permitted in the kitchen area.
5. Setup and Cleanup: All setup, takedown of rental equipment, and cleanup must be completed on the day of the event and within the rental time period. All trash generated by the event must be removed by the renter.
6. Supervision of Children: Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times.
7. Vendor Insurance: All vendors and wedding organizers must provide a certificate of insurance listing Sandpiper Cove as “additional insured.”
8. Beach Access: Wooden walkovers must be used for beach access to protect sand dunes.
9. Pets: Pets are not allowed on beach or in any event facilities.
10. Fire Code Compliance: All doorways and exits must always remain clear to comply with fire safety codes.
11. Event Timing: All events must conclude by 10:00 PM. Additional time for cleaning and equipment removal may be approved in advance.
12. Payment: A 40% deposit of the total event cost is required at the time of booking to confirm the event. Final payment is due 60 days before the event date. For events booked less than 60 days before the event, full payment is due at booking.
13. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment.
