Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance may be paid in full or through a payment plan, based on your preferences. If the balance is not paid by the final due date, a 10% late fee will be added to the outstanding amount. We offer several online payment options, including Stripe, Venmo to @MyFabFlorals_, or Zelle to the email address “myfabflorals@gmail.com.”
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations within 30 days of the event are subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. Any cancellations within 90 days of the event are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the paid deposit. Fees will be returned between 10-14 business days.
Return Policy: All rental items must be returned within 5 days after the event date. There will be a $10 late fee for each additional day after the 5-day deadline has passed, not to exceed 30 days. In the event that the rented items are not returned after 30 days, the responsible party will be charged the full purchase amount for the unreturned merchandise in addition to any late fees associated.
Damage Policy: In the event that any rental items or event venue areas are damaged upon return, the damage deposit of $200 will be forfeited
