we are dedicated to providing exceptional catering services to make your event a success. To ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team, please carefully review the following catering terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Advance Notice
Advance Notice: We require a minimum of one week’s notice for all catering bookings. This allows us adequate time to source the necessary ingredients, organize staffing, and ensure the best quality for your event.
Last-Minute Bookings: While we strive to accommodate all requests, events booked with less than one week’s notice may have limited menu options and availability. Please contact us as early as possible for the best service.
2. Payment Terms
Full Payment: A 100% upfront payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your catering order. This ensures that your event is prioritized, and all resources (including food, staff, and equipment) are reserved specifically for your event.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or [other payment methods]. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Non-Refundable Deposit: Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
3. Menu Customization
Menu Selection: You may choose from our standard catering menu or request a customized menu based on dietary preferences or special requirements (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, kosher). Any customized menu items must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance.
Menu Changes: Once the menu is finalized and payment is received, no further changes can be made without additional charges. Please be sure to confirm all details before finalizing your order.
4. Delivery and Setup
Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are based on the event location and are calculated at the time of booking. Any special requests (such as setting up equipment or furniture) may incur additional charges.
Setup Time: Please allow adequate time for our team to deliver and set up your event. Setup time will be discussed and scheduled in advance.
5. Staffing
Service Staff: Depending on the size and nature of your event, additional staff may be required to serve food, set up, or assist with cleanup. Staff fees will be provided upon request and added to your final bill.
Staff Gratuity: A 15-20% gratuity is automatically added to your final invoice for service staff (if applicable).
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded. Cancellations made with more than 7 days' notice may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future event.
Event Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate changes to the date and time.
7. Liability
Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including the number of guests, event timing, and venue information. Any discrepancies or additional requests on the day of the event may incur additional charges.
Restaurant Liability: While we take all necessary precautions to ensure food quality and safety, Fire Side Kitchen & Bar is not responsible for any allergies or dietary restrictions unless specifically communicated and confirmed in advance.
8. Special Requests
We are happy to accommodate any special requests such as dietary restrictions, specific equipment, or themed presentations. Please discuss these in advance, and we will do our best to fulfill your needs. Additional charges may apply based on the request.
9. Final Confirmation
Once payment is made, a final confirmation of your event details will be provided. Any changes made after confirmation may result in additional charges or alterations to the service
