• 2 restrooms attached to the barn
• House for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready
• Casita for the groom and groomsmen to get ready
• 3-night stay (up to 6 people)
• Cleaner before your arrival, during your event and after departure
• Event space manager and assistant on sight
• Drop off of Vendor items & Pre-setup on the property 3:00pm Day Prior (i.e.Friday)
• Pick-up of Vendor items & Post-Cleanup on the property BEFORE 11:00am
(i.e.Sunday or Monday)
TIER 2: (PEAK SEASON – October through May) “Day of the Event Only”
$8,000.00 includes:
• Ceremony area
• 2200 sq-ft barn for celebration
• Lighted parking lot for up to 35 cars
• 2 restrooms attached to the barn
• NO GUESTS OVERNIGHT AT THE PROPERTY
• Day of the Event only: House for the Bride and Bridesmaids to get ready
• Day of the Event only: Casita for the Groom and Groomsmen to get ready
• Cleaner before your arrival, during your event and after departure
• Event space manager and assistant on sight
• Drop off of Vendor items & Pre-setup on the property after 3:00pm Day Prior (i.e.Friday)
• Pick-up of Vendor items & Post-Cleanup on the property BEFORE 11:00am

TIER 3: (OFF-PEAK SEASON – June through September)* “Full Weekend Event” (*Note: Late June, July, August and early September are the hottest months in the Coachella Valley with 100+ temperatures, clients wishing to book their event during this time-frame assumes all risk.)
$7,000.00 includes:
• Ceremony area
• 2200 sq-ft barn for celebration
• Lighted parking lot for up to 35 cars
• 2 restrooms attached to the barn
• House for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready
• Casita for the groom and groomsmen to get ready
• 3-night stay (up to 6 people)
• Cleaner before your arrival, during your event and after departure
• Event space manager and assistant on sight
• Drop off of Vendor items & Pre-setup on the property 3:00pm Day Prior (i.e.Friday)

TIER 4: (PEAK & OFF-PEAK SEASON) “Day of the Event Only” for Small Events under 30 persons total, or mid-week events, and/or Off-Peak months*: (*Note: Late June, July, August and early September are the hottest months in the Coachella Valley with 100+ temperatures, clients wishing to book their event during this time-frame assumes all risk.)
$6,000.00 includes:
• DAY OF THE EVENT ONLY for Small Events (under 35 persons or mid-week events)
• Drop off of Vendor items & Pre-setup on the property must be started on Day of the Event only, no prior day drop-off. (i.e. Saturday morning for Saturday afternoon event.)
• Pick-up of Vendor items & Post-Cleanup on the property BEFORE 11:00am
the following morning only. (i.e. Sunday morning before 11:00am.)
