About Terrace Hill
Terrace Hill is a National Historic Landmark and the residence for Iowa's Governor and First Spouse. Terrace Hill is a beautiful and unique venue to host a company or organizations reception, formal gathering, or luncheon. Terrace Hill is not available for rent for fundraising, private parties, or weddings. Private rentals must be through an established organization.
