Union Hall charges a $2,000 daily rental rate with a capacity of 100 people for a cocktail style
reception with a convertible bar. Tables and limited seating are available or this capacity.
Full day rentals are also available for a seated presentation/ lecture at a capacity of 60 people, as well as a seated event with a capacity of 30 people. Tables, linens, chairs, and technology are available for use upon request.
A 20% discount shall be applied to the rental fee for non-profit organizations, documentation of 501c(3) status is required.
A 10% discount shall be applied to the rental fee for residents of The Coloradan, documentation of residence is required.

A damage deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 is required for all events and must be submitted to Union Hall 30 days prior to the event date.
An overtime fee of $150 per hour over time reserved in rental agreement will be charged for Client/vendors/guests arriving early, or Client/vendors/guests remaining in the space after the contracted period.
Capacity for each event will also be determined based on the safety requirements of the artwork in Union Hall’s exhibitions.
We will provide clients with access to an on-site coordinator the day of the event.
Total event time includes 30 minutes for setup, and 30 minutes for clean up.
