Sunday - Thursday: $375/hour
Friday: $500/hour
Saturday: $750/hour
(4 Hour Minimum is Required)
In addition to the venue rental, there is a cleaning, staff and security fee depending on anticipated attendance. The fee schedule is the following:
Cleaning Fee:
1-50 Guest: $300
50-100 Guest: $450
100-175 Guest: $600
Staff Fee:
1-50 Guest: 1 Staff Member Included
50-100 Guest: 1 Additional Staff Member at $25/hour
100-175 Guest: 2 Additional Staff Members at $25/hour
Security Fee:
50-100 Guest: 1 Guard Required at $30/hour
100-175 Guest: 2 Guards Required at $30/hour

A security deposit is required for all events. The deposit is refunded post-event after confirming there is no damage to the venue.
1-50 Guest: $1,000

Security Deposit Due: 30 Days Prior to Event
First Payment Due: Within 48 Hours of Signed Contract
Final Payment Due: 12 Days Prior to Event
We offer a first floor package for smaller events, with an anticipated attendance of 50 guests or less. The rental rate is $275/hour Sunday-Thursday, $425/hour for a Friday and $500/hour for a Saturday.
There is a four hour minimum for events, this includes time needed for set-up and breakdown. The cleaning fee based on attendance: 15-30 Guest: $125 // 30-50 Guest: $150 // 50-75 Guest: $175.
