He was FANTASTIC!! The balloons he made were excellent and more intense than just any regular balloon artist. He made fishing rods with a fish attached to it, a monkey, a shark hat, ect. I am having him back in a few weeks and am so excited! I would recommend him for any event you want some light, whimsical entertainment.
