Our pricing model works by event, based on the event duration, guest count, and preferences.
We offer a wide range of bespoke menu items and branding/messaging to seamlessly match your event.
Our minimum is $500, which includes up to 50 made-to-order drinks served over two hours by our friendly baristas. We can't wait to hear more about your event!

Terms and Conditions
We require a 50% deposit to confirm an event, and following the event use Net 14 payment terms. We use a simple online invoicing system that conveniently manages payments.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies:
An event and/or order may be canceled with no charges up to seven (7) full business days before the event. Cancellation of services made less than three (3) full business days before the event will be charged 50% of the contract.
Cancellation of services made less than (1) full business day of the event will be charged 100% of the contract.
- A 50% deposit is due to confirm an event
- Up to and including 8 days before the event, 50% of the catered food is non-refundable
- 5 to 7 Days before the event, 75% of the catered food is non-refundable
- Day of the event and 4 Days prior to the event, 100% of the catered food is non-refundable
1 to 2 Days before the event client may reschedule catered food, understanding that perishable items will not be refunded and they could incur additional expenses:
Additional Expenses: labor, parts, and loss of use may be extra. A deposit of 50% will be credited toward the new date. If the new date is canceled then the deposit of 50% will not be refunded.
** Note refunds are at the sole discretion of Flipside Coffee. Although an event may be canceled or
rescheduled, Flipside Coffee reserves the right to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancelation or refund of any amount for any reason.
