All reservations are on a first come, first served basis and accepted 60 days in advance. Any reservation canceled less than 48-hours advance notice will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.The room capacity is 100 people per fire code.The room has a large open area for your meeting and a serving area in the back of the room.There is existing furniture –tables and chairs for seating up to 54. You may also rent your own furniture to suit the needs of your meeting. All set up is the responsibility of the tenant.The room has a large glass writing surface, a wireless internet connection, a conferencing phone and a ceiling mounted projector with screen.Phone: A Polycom conferencing phone is available for check out from the lobby attendant. Projector: A laptop can be connected to either the front or rear of the room to utilize the ceiling mounted projector. Additional fees may apply for furniture arrangement and additional seating.
The Grand Stair along with the collaborative lounge area offers an innovative setting to elevate any corporate presentation. It features theater-style seating, a lounge area, audiovisual equipment and complimentary WiFi.
Monday - Thursday Evening:
• $1,000 for up to 4 hours (minimum)
• $2,000 for up to 8 hours (no proration)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday:
• $1,500 for up to 4 hours
• $3,000 for up to 8 hours
Weekdays (Monday - Friday before 5pm)
• $300 up to 2 hours
• $600 up to 4 hours
• $900 up to 6 hours
• $1,200 up to 8 hours

• Minimal clean up consisting of trash removal, vacuuming and mopping area after event

• $600 up to 4 hours
Additional $200/hour over 4 hours, minimum $200.
