Cancellation by the Customer: a) If the customer cancels the booking more than 30 days prior to the event/workshop, a full refund will be issued. b) If the customer cancels the booking between 15 and 30 days prior to the event/workshop, a 50% refund will be issued. c) If the customer cancels the booking less than 15 days prior to the event/workshop, no refund will be issued. Cancellation by the Organizer: a) In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels the event/workshop, a full refund will be issued to the customer. b) The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event/workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or low attendance. In such cases, the customer will be notified at least 7 days prior to the event/workshop and will be given the option to transfer their booking to a future event/workshop or receive a full refund. Transfer Policy: a) Customers who wish to transfer their booking to a future date must notify the organizer at least 7 days prior to the original date of the event/workshop. b) Transfer requests made less than 7 days prior to the original date event/workshop will not be accepted. c) Only one transfer per booking is allowed. Refunds: a) Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a cancellation request from the customer. b) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer.
