Terms and Conditions

Client is asked to provide water for the artists,1 electrical outlet for DJ. In most cases no breaks are taken unless pre-arranged. In the event that the event or services are canceled 30 or more days before the event APE will refund the full amount paid. If the event is canceled within 30 days of the event the deposit will not be refunded. If the weather (being too hot is not covered) prevents the event from taking place APE will reschedule the service at no extra charge. If the event is canceled and not rescheduled APE will refund 75% of the fees paid. Any damage done to the venue by the guests attending the event are in no way APE's responsibility. Images take by an APE's employee will be used for marketing purposes and will never be sold or used by any person or entity other than APE.

In the event that the event or services are canceled 30 or more days before the event APE will refund the full amount paid. If the event is canceled within 30 days of the event the deposit will not be refunded. If the weather (being too hot is not covered) prevents the event from taking place APE will reschedule the service at no extra charge. If the event is canceled and not rescheduled APE will refund 85% of the fees paid.
