At Oakleigh House, we rent our facility for 9 hours for weddings and receptions. The hours include set up, decorating, all deliveries, and cleanup. Cleaning up consists of whatever you bring in, you take out and put all the trash in the dumpster behind the building.
The rental fee for the 9-hours for 2023 & 2024 is $3650, with a $500 deposit that is refunded after the event. You can choose your own hours to fit your needs for your event.
This includes the tables and chairs for the inside, a kitchen with a 6-burner commercial stove with the oven, microwave, a 2-door cooler, and 2-large sinks for easy cleanup for you or your caterer to use.
We do not cater. You have the choice of having your event catered or catering it yourself. Alcohol is allowed.
The bride has a room upstairs for her and her bridesmaids to get ready for her special day and the groom has a room downstairs for him and the guys.
You have the choice of having your ceremony inside or outside. Outside you can choose the deck, stone patio, garden area or in front of an old barn.
If you choose to have the ceremony outside, I do have white fan back chairs (we set up and pick up) that I rent, as well as other items if needed. The chairs are $3.50 each.
You also have the choice of taking your bridal or engagements pictures (outside) at no extra cost. This is about 2 hours of picture taking.

$500 deposit due when contract is signed.
