The hall rental is for 3 hours of setup and 6 hours for the event, anything more is $50 per hour. Security Deposit is $175 and is returned after the event as long as there are no damage or excessive messes. Bar services are available, Delta American purchases the alcohol and provide bartenders. Rental pricing includes setup and cleanup. Use of kitchen appliance cost $125 additional.

A partial payment is required when this contract is signed. Advance notice of additional time required is preferred. The remainder of the rental fee and security deposit is due ninety (90) days prior to the rental date. If lessee cancels within ninety (90) days of the rental date, the entire rental fee is due to the leaser. Only the security deposit will be returned. The rental fee is based on a six-hour time period with additional time negotiable. The areas to be leased will be inspected jointly by the lessee and American Legion Representative prior to the lessee beginning decorations and hall set-up. The same procedure will be used at the conclusion of the event. If the facility is not returned to prior condition, to the satisfaction of the American Legion representative, the security deposit will be forfeited in whole or in part thereof. The lessee is responsible for the repairs and/or replacement cost of all damaged or missing property. A designated representative of the American Legion will always have access to the facility. The lessee must pay the bar bill, and bar tender(s), immediately at the conclusion of the event. We do accept check, cash, or credit cards with a 3% fee. Once the facility has been inspected following the event, and the security deposit has been cleared for return to the lessee, a check will be issued within 10 business workdays. State sales tax of 7.25% will be due on the hall rental if food and/or bar services are provided and will be deducted from the security deposit before it is returned.
