Service Staff: This rental does not include catering, bartending, security, entertainment, or a cleanup crew. If you need these services, we’re happy to provide recommendations for trusted contractors.

• Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable unless canceled at least two weeks before the original booking date.
• Damage Policy: Any damage costs post-event will be charged to the event host.
• Outdoor Atrium: Use of the outdoor atrium is available for an additional cost. Please inquire before booking.
• Late Events: If your event is expected to go past 9 PM, please contact us in advance.
