Included in the rate:
- (3) hours for guest attendance at the event
- (1) hour for set up prior to the event start and (1) hour for breakdown after event
- Courteous, well trained pouring staff based on # of attendees. A venue manager to assist with set up of the event
- Complimentary parking with 50 spaces and additional street parking. It is self serve and the venue does not provide valet
- Any tables and chairs already in the taproom (subject to change and availability)
- Use of in-house speakers to connect any mobile device or computer
- Use of TVs for cable sports
- Cornhole set for event use
- Use of outside space

What to know:
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the date
- Final payment, all event details and final guest count is due 15 days prior to the event
- Cancellations made 60 days prior to the event date will forfeit your deposit
- An 18% service fee will be added to total rental fee including tax, admin fees and venue maintenance.
- An additional 3.3% processing fee will be added to all credit card charges
- Additional hours can be added for $500 per hour
- Additional setup time is negotiable and time can potentially be added for an additional fee
- Gratuity not included and at your discretion.
- No glitter, confetti or feathers as part of your decor (including in balloons)
- Taproom is not climate controlled inside. There is a large ceiling fan that offers air circulations for the hot months and (2) industrial heaters for the cold months.
- Outside catering is allowed. Note the brewery does not provide non-alcoholic beverages and does not have ice at the facility.
