Our staff arrives onsite 30 minutes prior to your event to assist with any last minute details, they remain onsite the entire event, bussing tables, serving of food in a buffet style setting, cutting cake or dealing with desserts, or replenishments of cocktail hour foods, assistance with decor tear down at the end of the event. Complete clean of the venue space at the end of the event. We do not sweep or mop floors in entirety, however will clean up spills or food messes. Our staff starts at 2 staff members for up to 125 guests for a minimum of 4 hours

We will assist you in locating your final vendors, and working with you 6 months from your event date. Creation of the days timeline, along with the table layout if needed. We will assist you in locating all of your needed vendors, assistance with your decor design, onsite visits with your venue and other vendors as needed. Our full bar services comes with 3 beer types, whiskey, vodka, rum, gin, tequila, all mixers, cups, straws, napkins and garnishments

Our bartenders are TABC certified and insured. We require 1 bartender for every 100 guests, with a minimum of 3 hours onsite serving

Our staff can be hired on an hourly basis to complete task as requested. We do have a minimum of 2 staff for 4 hours ea.
