I have gone to Diana for years. Her local business, Hills & Dales Florist, employs the most honest people I have ever done business with. They genuinely care for the well-being of your order and put the satisfaction of the customer on a high level. Diana is the leader of the group. She is hardworking and determined, and always with a smile. She knows about my personal life as I do with her's. She's almost become a friend over the years. She has done her passion for flowers at my friend's wedding, and has also done some truly stunning bouquets as sympathy gifts for my friends. I really appreciate the strive of the small business in the recession we are in now, and Diana and her crew really exemplify the struggle and achievement that comes with operating a low-key business. Diana just went through a store change but she dealt with the stress of it in a very calm manner. With many problems arriving with her shop, she has still managed to put the customer's first, asking what she can do to go above and beyond, making sure that the customer has an experience that hey can remember for years to come. That's why I love Diana and her business. She lives the true passion of the American dream without getting too ahead of herself. It's the kind of disposition I look for in all of my vendors, but only a select few like Diana have that natural talent.
