Our classic package allows you to bring in the vendors of your choice and covers the following items: - Service for 100 guest to include buffet style dinner service. ( example menu includes 8oz steak or chicken, salad, sides and roll) - Non alcohol beverage service - 4 hour bartending services, (bride & groom to provide all alcoholic beverages, garnishes, & serving cups for bar). - Table linens, napkins and runners - Decor selections and silk greenery - Staff set up and clean up - Day of event coordination - 12 hours of venue use - Bridal suites for getting ready - Outdoor or indoor ceremony areas set up with decor and white chairs - Cocktail/patio area with corn-hole boards - Wood tables with wood chairs ( 11 total ) additional tables with white chairs - Off duty officer, required by county

-1 hour of rehearsal time -12 hours of venue time. -Service for 80-100 guests ($40 per additional guest) -Day-Of-Event & timeline coordinator, plus Aisle Planner Pro software services. -Use of both bridal suites -Day?-Of-Event groom's activities coordinator, to include: -Skeet shooting/gun range? hosted by professional marksman. -Catch-&-Release fishing in our tournament-stocked lake, (poles not provided). -Full staff for set-up & clean-up & to handle all of the details throughout your special day. -Decor services to include: Elegant glass chargers, Linens, napkins, & runners of choice, 11 custom made wood tables with 70 cross-back chairs, Custom floral packages with decor selections for tablescapes through Soiree Southern Events -Buffet set-up with menu selections from our restaurant catering partners: Texas Roadhouse?, Cue BBQ, Giorgio's, Los Rios -6 hour photography package -5 hour DJ package, including ceremony -Wedding cake & cake-cutting services -4 hour bartending services, (bride & groom to provide all alcoholic beverages, garnishes, & serving cups for bar). -Non-alcoholic beverages provided throughout the day with disposable ware? -Corn-hole boards for guest use -Off-duty officer for 4 hours, as required by the county
