INCLUDES:
-Initial meeting (local or via video) to go over the ideas you have for your big day. Go over emailed paperwork together and answer any questions you may have about the planning process. (up to an hour and a half)
-Couple will have unlimited access to email, text and phone calls for any planning assistance once hired
-30 -day meeting with the couple at the allowing venue to do a walk through/floor plan of ceremony and reception set up as well as review timeline and answer outstanding questions.
-Will create a wedding day timeline for the couple, venue and all vendors.
-Will contact all vendors 2 weeks prior via email or phone to confirm arrival times and answer any questions the vendors/venue may have.
-Will coordinate rehearsal (up to two hours)
-Will be available for up to 9 hours the day of the wedding (ex. 1pm-10pm)
-Will lightly help decorate alongside friends, family or staff.
-Will greet vendors and accept deliveries (cake, flowers, etc.)
-Will oversee set-up and breakdown of vendors and see guests out
-Will distribute final payments and tips to all vendors
-Will keep timely flow of wedding day events
-Will direct ceremony processional
-Will assist bride, groom, bridal party, and family as needed day-of wedding
-Will assist in packing food, drinks, bags, and gifts into the getaway car (not responsible for packing personal items)
-Will line up all guests for sendoff (sparklers, bubbles, lanterns, etc.)
-Will lightly assist in the clean up alongside family, friends or staff.
*Package price is for events within 30 miles of 30534. Additional travel fees fluctuate with travel pricing.
*Package does not include entire event decoration and clean up. This service may be added for an extra charge.
*Additional planning and consultation (local) meetings can be added for $75 per 2-hour meeting.
* $150 per hour will be charged for any additional time needed on site after the 9 hours included in package
