You can welcome 125 colleagues for a theater-style conference. Or, having a banquet event? We can seat up to 100 guests banquet style so you can host a stunning dinner. The newly renovated banquet room lends itself to pre-function cocktails and other smaller catered affairs. The Garden Room is perfect for your executive meeting needs. This room is 600 square feet and can comfortably fit 25 guests boardroom style, or 30 guests classroom style. This lovely, little meeting space also has a private, backdoor courtyard attached. This wonderful little patio area is perfect for a meeting break out or lunch. The Board Room located at Best Western Palm Court in downtown Davis is the perfect place to host a small conference. This gorgeous 450 square foot room can comfortably seat 16 people board room style. Cafe Bernardo is conveniently located in the hotel, providing easy access to caffeine and delicious lunch options.
