Our Emerald Room was recently remodeled and offers the best views in the clubhouse! The Emerald Room can accommodate up to 60 people and is the perfect setting for your small wedding or banquet event. Woodstone’s Grand Ballroom provides the perfect event space for both large and small weddings, with the ability to accommodate up to 350 guests. Our elegant ballroom is surrounded by glass and features neutral décor with our unique custom stone walls and exquisite chandeliers. The windows in the Grand Ballroom provides breathtaking views of our golf course, the mountains, and our brand NEW waterfall! On the day of your special event you and your guests will have complete access to our private, furnished, two-tiered patio. It is the perfect place to hang out during cocktail hour or later in the evening! The Grand Ballroom is complete with a large dancefloor, private bar area, and uplighting. The Ballroom is also the ideal setting for Proms, Banquets, and Large Business Meetings!

Woostone's lodge is one of the two extravagant wedding ceremony sites at Woodstone. The Lodge features rustic decor along with our custom stone walls. The grand chandelier and staircase are sure to catch your attention when you walk in! The Woodstone Lodge offers the perfect setting to exchange your wedding vows and can seat up to 175 guests. You can also have your cocktail hour in the Lodge if you select to do so! Your guests can mix and mingle while enjoying the private bar area and the lovely Lodge atmosphere. Did we mention that the Lodge has two furnished patios offering breathtaking views of our golf course? That's not all... if you and your guests book all 19 Lodge rooms on the evening of your wedding, you get to have an after party in the Lodge lobby!

Woodstone’s Willows Room is elegant and perfect for your small intimate wedding or special event, from birthday parties and baby showers, to rehearsal dinners and class reunions. This room provides a private setting and is able to accommodate up to 90 people. The Willows is know for its rich Mahogany Wood features and matching chairs. This room has vintage chandaliers with adjustable lighting. Low lighting to create an intimate evening or adjust the lights to create a well lit room for a day time event. This room is complete with a separate bar and buffet area from the banquet room. We can also add a dance floor to make it feel like a real party atmosphere!

The Woodstone Gardens are the perfect site for your wedding ceremony. Our gardens are highlighted by a beautiful water feature, gorgeous flowers and greenery, and accompanied by a majestic backdrop of the golf course and Pennsylvania’s Blue Mountains. Our gardens offer a three tiered stadium style seating with elegant white folding chairs. While you may associate outdoor ceremonies only with the springtime, our gardens are not limited to one season and we can accommodate wedding ceremonies of up to 300 guests. To ensure that your Wedding Day is perfect, we offer a beautiful “Plan B” ceremony option in our Lodge to eliminate the worries of inclement weather.

Everyone has heard of the famous Woodstone Tree! This is such a magical spot on our breathtaking golf course. The Woodstone Tree is very special and has over 10,000 lights on it! It is the perfect setting for taking photographs or to enjoy a special moment alone with your loved one. All we can say is there is something tuly magical about this Woodstone Tree!
