Terms and Conditions

Client agrees to pay for the charges and services requested for this Reservation. Payment in full is required at the time of execution of this Reservation Agreement. CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% of the payment is refundable if notice to cancel is provided to WorkSuites at least 24 hours prior to the reservation start time. Notice to cancel provided to WorkSuites less than 24 hours in advance will incur full charges. Client is responsible for returning the conference, training room or on demand office to its original condition. Should Client's reservation require set-up or clean-up support, additional charges may apply. Client is responsible for reimbursing WorkSuites for any damages to the premises that are caused by Client or any of Client's attendees in the conference, training room or on demand office. Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold WorkSuites harmless from any claims, costs, expenses, liabilities or damages WorkSuites incurs arising out of Client's use of the conference, training room or on demand office. WorkSuites reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this Reservation Agreement should Client or any of Client’s attendees engage in abusive behavior, physical or verbal, or create a nuisance within the Business Suite. For purposes of this provision, the term “nuisance” shall include, but not be limited to, excessive noise, the use of cell phones in the common area portions of the Business Suite and loitering or otherwise meeting, visiting and/or congregating in any portion of the Business Suite other than the portion of the Business Suite being used by Client pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The possession of firearms within the Business Center is strictly prohibited.
